Loosing Date and Time

My Dell All-N-ONE pc isn't keeping the right date and time On March 10 I notice that it had a Feb date so I went in and changed the date to Mar 10th and tonight when I brought it up it still had the date as Mar 10th so I changed it to Mar 14th. If it was my other desktop I would just open it up the tower and change the battery but I've never opened up the all-in-one. Can someone talk me through it?
Thank you
kuzzz
