installing windows 7 on new hard drive

my old drive fried so installed a new stargate 500gb. bought new operating wystem. trying to install windows 7. during installation I get an error Ox000005 click ok to restart. Installation restarts than comes up with the same error. Can anyone help me get this working It is window home premium 32 bit

Problem solved I forgot to formatt the hard drive
