XINPUT1_3.dll

Please Help

after I install the Game to my son the massage came as like this,

"hp.exe-Unable To Locate Component"

This application has failed to start because

XINPUT1_3.dll was not found .Re-installing the application may fix this problem

Then after that I trid to Re-installing But without result.
