Thumbs up Program menu
I want to arrange my programs in order on the program menu, I used to be able to just drag them to the position I want them but I tried today and they can't move in other words they are lock into place .
Can anyone advise how to unlock them .?

On your Desktop right-click Start>Properties>Customize>Advanced. Under the Start menu items ensure that "Enable dragging and dropping" is checked.
