Automatic updates
Even though I have already installed certain updates, Windows keeps saying that these same updates are ready for downloading. How can I get shot of this?
I use the following Automatic update option: 'Download updates for me, but let me choose when to install them' |

When you say 'turn automatic updates down', do you mean turn them off? If you do mean 'off' then how do you know when important security uypdates are available?

They are generally released on the second Tuesday of the month, so it's just a case of looking in manually
