computer keeps going off an on

Please help I was sitting on computer, had just pulled att site when all of a sudden puter went off and then this blue screen poped up and then it went to screen where you start in safe mode,,,when you hit restart normally it keeps going back to same screen,,please please help..running win 7 an I forgot the mouse doesent work in that state

Reboot and immediately get into BIOS SETUP, 1st screen tells you how, usually a "F" key or maybe the "Del" key. Once in there, find where you can set to "Defaults" Save and Exit, if screen comes up giving you choices select "Last Known.............." see if it boots up. If a blue screen comes up write down the message, as that would really help.

It wouldn't boot up,,blue screen came back up but it goes so fast, it did say something about display drivers??

Reboot as soon as the first screen comes up start tapping the "F8" key should bring a screen up, now try selecting "Last Known Configuration"

Appears you are having a problem with the Video, that is what the error indicates.

If "last Known" does not work, then reboot do same thing but select Safe Mode. See if it boots.

You will need to update video driver but can't do that until you get into desktop?

Did you try getting into SETUP?
