World of Warcraft connection problems

I've been having some serious connection problems with WoW. I ran the tracert that is suggested on their web site.

Code:
  1 1 ms <1 ms <1 ms XXX.XXX.X.X

  2 * * * Request timed out.

  3 8 ms 9 ms 7 ms ge-2-1-ur01.levittown.pa.panjde.comcast.net [XX.XX.XXX.XX]
The X's were ip numbers. But my question comes from the second item timing out. I'm connected to the cable modem that is then connected to a router. So then would that 2nd item that timed out be my router?
