Problems installing Windows XP Professional SP2 (0x000007b) BSOD

Im having trouble installing Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2.

I get this BSOD - 0x000007b. During startup, i inserted my floppy and installed the Nvidia Drivers for my SATA WD Caviar HD. I get that BSOD whenever i install Windows. Any help ?

My rig:
Chaintech Nvidia nForce 3-250 VNF3-250 Motherboard
AMD Athlon 3400+ 2.4GHz Processor with Hyperthreading
1GB Ram
160GB Western Digital WD1600JD SATA Hard Drive
Nvidia Geforce 6800 128mB Video Card
NEC Dvd/Rw CD/Dvd burner

They are asking me to remove my bridged VGA adapter, so thats my vid card?
