Strange Problem

My Friend and I have Command & Conquer 3, now heres the strange problem
Im running a Pentium D system with 1gb Ram and a ATI 9550 graphics card with Win XP home, yet my graphics card, fully updated, my game crashes often, but here is the completly weird bit, my friend he is running an AMD system at 2ghz(single core AMD) with 1gb Ram, and INTEGRETED Graphics, but Command & Conquer 3 NEVER crashes, what i want to know is why it crashes for me, but not for him...

Spec's aside, You need to look at what is causing it to crash on your system. Could be faulty RAM or something.

"DONT ask me why it gives me an OUT_OF_MEMORY error"
Perhaps some of those apps running in the background that you've blacked out are eating up your 1GB memory?
How much VRAM on the 9550? 64/128?

If your mate is running Intel Integrated graphics, it does dynamicaly allocate system RAM so it theoretically has nearly 1GB VRAM (although clearly the O/S and driver will never allocate all system ram to the GPU).

You might like to read a few EA support forum posts that specifically refer to your error:

(I didn't read all 39 pages, but I'm not getting the errror )

1 page but mentions WorldBuilder. Are you using it?
