Exclamation Cannot get to microsoft support pages...

This is new...I cannot get to the microsoft support pages or knowledge base for instance, I try this link

http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkID=25127

and my explorer says page cannot be displayed. I can go anywhere else on the net and even to microsoft.com. Windows update hangs too.

I posted yesterday with device installer problems and I was told to download windows installer and was given several links to do that but I cannot get to those pages. Does this sound like a bug?

Appreciate any help.

Could be malware causing this. Some malware won't let you connect to Windows Update or to some of the more popular virus online scanning sites. Try going to these 2 sites and see if you can do the scans.
