replace the disk and press any key

Hello i am running windows me and debian on the same computer.when i just rebooted and tried to go in to windows i get the above error,there is no floppy disk or cd in the drive at the time any help would be appreciated.

Try booting from your startup disk, from the C:\> prompt type in cd\windows\command and hit "enter".

At the command prompt type scanreg /restore and hit "enter". Choose a restore date before this happened from the list and hit "enter". See if that helps.
