Triple Booting

At the moment I have a dual boot option. ..Marcrium Reflect and Windows 7.

I want to replace the existing hdd with a 1TB ssd so that I can give an option to add Linux.

I intend to clone my old drive to the new ssd using Macrium Reflect and then add a new partition in which to install Linux.

Would appreciate guidance on how to add Linux to my boot options.

The reason for the change is I wish to run x-plane 11 in Linux which I am told is more efficient especially on lower spect systems such as as mine for x-plane 11.

Any help appreciated.
