audible notification on win 10. argh!!!

Hi. So I have a new laptop which I upgraded to win 10.
It has an audible notification that goes off every few minutes. It interrupts everything and is slowly driving me bonkers.
So far I have disabled all system sounds.
Disabled all notifications in action centre, removed all usb connected devices and it is still there.
I've also installed process viewer and set it to filter .wav .wma .mp3 to see if it will show me what process is using this.
I have searched Google so furiously it is cowering in the corner, and I still can't find a way to stop it apart from turning the volume off.

It isn't the Windows generic notification sound.
Please help, my very sanity depends on it.

Also, please dont take my Sig into account, that is my desktop setup not my laptop,

The laptop model is An Asus gl552j rog

try going to the notifications center under settings and see if you can turn it off there.

go to safemode and see if you have the sounds their. If so, then it could be some hardware problem. if not, then one of your startup programs is causing the problem.
