Try restoring default Fonts

Start (Left Click) > Control Panel > Fonts > Font Settings > Restore Default

Unfortunately it didn't work Murf. I enlarged the text by 1 point and made it Bold, reversed it and redid it but it still has the strikethrough line???

Keith
Just wondering if a problem like you're having might be caused by your video card.

Keith, are you using the standard Windows Shell?

That doesn't look like strikethrough text, it looks more like the top of a window border popping up in the full address title bar. Look closely at each end of it you can see the right angled vertical lines.

Can you see if it remains if you reset tile bars to default and don't show the full path?

When Smurfy mentioned Shell, I thought it could be the Classic Shell I had installed. I uninstalled it but no change since I uninstalled it and restarted my Laptop.

Attached is a screenshot which displays the problem very well I think.

I'm using Firefox 49.0.1 on Windows 10 Home.

just some thoughts
1. do a system restore to a restore point prior to when it started.
2. change the theme and see if it is still there.

do you remember exactly what you were doing when this started? Does it show in safemode?
