Can't boot new system because of hardware change

Hi, upgraded some of my syetem, got a new motherboard so I need to run setup again.

Only problem is I can't connect my second CD drive to the motherboard because it only has one IDE port.
So because I've changed the hardware windows setup doesn't run, is there anyway I can get by this?

Howdy:

Why aren't you using your primary harddrive to boot from?

Do you have a two connection IDE cable? If not, get one and connect your other hdd to that.

I have two IDE disk drives and one IDE hard drive. 3 IDE devices for one slot, I have a cable with two connectors on it.
I was using a IDE-> SATA connector but windows doesn't recognize the drive.

Also, when I just connect one CD drive and the hard disk both in my IDE port Windows still wont recognize the Hard drive for setup.

Then you are going to need a IDE expansion card or lose one of the optical drives.
