slow,,dragging

Hi,,i am running windows 7 and here lately my computer has got to running really really slow,,i play games on face book and it has about a 4 second delay?????/ Please help

exactly what computer model? how much free space on c drive? what browser? did you try another browser to see if it is a browser problem or something else?

you need to check system specifications and game requirements
check your hardware if they are properly assembled and installed
run any good antivirus
clean windows registry with reliable & free registry cleaner to optimize your system.
