When is it a good time to upgrade to a new router?
Good day all,
Recently I've noticed that my TP link Arcer 1750 router hasn't gotten a software update since 2018. I've had it for almost fives years now. Should it be upgraded? Thanks Last edited by MistahMan; January 29th, 2021 at 02:42 AM.

it is up to you when to get a new router. If you are not having any problems, there really isn't any reasons to update unless you just want to update. If you do get a new router, make sure it is an ax or wifi6 one to future proof your connections. New devices are getting the wifi6 updates.
