You bought this refurbished, right?


I checked Dell Support, and what Microsoft OS's that will run on your system.
Windows 10 is not listed.


But I suspect, like Digerati, that the Hard Drive was formated in 32bit.
So, that Windows 10 would run on it.


To find out, type in the Search box: System Information.
It should give you most of the computers information.
