Uninstall/reinstall shouldn't affect bookmarks so long as you don't tell it to delete all personal information.
You can also export the bookmarks to be safe - Firefox/Bookmarks/Manage Bookmarks/Import and Backup/Backup. Once reinstalled, if the bookmarks are not there, go back to "Import and Backup" and choose "Import" |

I would suggest using a bookmark manager addon to backup your bookmarks in case something happens to them. I use eversync but there are others.

Yes when I was using FF on an XP I re-installed one time and all bookmarks were still there.....
My favourite version of FF is 1.5.0.5 (Thats what was on there and I like it alot) Recently I used my dads Mactop and it has FF48 which seems ok also..... I cant believe they have 48+ versions now!! |
