Audio Extraction

G'day Folk's.
I sometimes have an mp4-video file that has an audio I want to use in something else.
In Win7 I use 'AoA Audio Extractor'. It does everything that I want. With simple ease and speed.
I am also running Xubuntu, and I want to extract audio without switching back to Win7.

So, my question is.
Does anybody know of a Linux software as good and easy to use as 'AoA'?

Oh, I forgot.
It shouldn't make any difference to possible software, but, the Xubuntu I am using is release 11.10.
