I think I used to go to ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/ or something to download the Free Reader installation files, but now it requires a password or the right application or something now and I can't use it.
Now it says.. "Allow htttps://www.adobe.com to open the ftp link? You;ll need to choose an application.' How can I use it now. Thanks Last edited by mattpg1; January 27th, 2023 at 04:20 AM. |

Jaytee, I'm about to try those "secured FTP Clients" at the link you provided.

Tried FileZilla. Looks like it has many features I don't know about but I was able to wing downloading some things from the Adobe FTP.
Thanks Guys |

Like I said in post 3, I'm using Windows 7 and 10.
Now that I can use the Adobe FTP site, I can find the newest version of Free Reader 2020 for Windows 7, but I can't seem to find the 2022 version on there (to use with Windows 10). Do you see it? How I get where I'm seeing is I paste the link in post 1 into "Host:" then /pub/adobe/reader/win/AcrobatDC |
