How do I get networked PC's to print name stamp on print outs?
We have 23 PC's in my office, all of which are networked to one printer. Our staff must continually print information off the internet, and often these docs sit on the printer for hours, or even all day. How can I get each computer to name stamp every document that it sends to the printer?

Check the prgram that you are using to print from.
You may have the option to set a header and footer. It will need to be set for each computer. |

Not finding header/footer opt in printer folder-properties or preferences. Also, most of the docs are printed from the internet, do header/footer stamps work when printing docs on internet? The best I can find in printer folder is option to include a "separator Page".
Any other ideas? Tks |

In my setup, when you click file/page setup, you can set a header and a footer
but it has been my experience that it only stays once. Not very helpful. |
