Need Help Filtering SPAM

We are having a problem at work with SPAM. A few SPAM e-mails are getting thru our e-mail server, but so far only to a few people. I logged into the e-mails on the ISP's side and saw that the accounts were FULL of SPAM, luckily with only a few of those getting thru. I am looking for some good fiter setting info. How to word the fitlers to catch the majority, how to write the rules etc... Anyone out there with some good advice? Our e-mail server does have a SPAM filter but still, a few are getting thru. I noticed that usually the messages have lots of misspelled words. Like Viagra is viiagrra. Stuff like that. Thanks for any help.

Buy dedicated spam blocking software if you're not happy with the current one, unless you're familliar with programming Bayesian filters. Simple rules based on certain words just aren't going to cut it, for the reason you mentioned among many others (mispelled words, replacing letters with other ch@rac7er5, etc). Even the best spam filters let some through occasionally. Several major security companies sell them, but I don't use them myself so I can't recommend any.
