stop error 0xD1

Hi.
My computer has recently shut down and given me stop error 0xD1 - DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and i don't know what to do about it.

I googled 0xD1 and i'm not sure what to do...it seems to be a driver problem of some sort...RAID driver, i'm not sure what it said.

My system has given me several different errors before, but now it consistantly gives me this stop screen.

If anyone knows what i could do, or finds a link that will help, please let me know.

Your time and assistance is appreciated greatly.
