Burned CD's read on my pc but no one elses

Hello I'm having a bit of a problem lately. I burn CD's on my computer at 2x speed using Nero 6 Ultra. I try and read the CD's in another PC but it seems that no computer except mine is able to read the disc.

Am I perhaps doing something wrong? I've also tried this MagicISO trial program to try and burn a small file to a cd at 2x speed as an ISO. Again, my machine was able to read the cd but none of the ~4 computers I tried could.

Any ideas guys?

All machines I've tried to read the CD from are using Windows XP.

What Mode are you burning in?
Are you closing the session/finalising the CD?

I've tried all modes in nero, track-at-once, disc-at-one, and disc-at-once/96.

And yes I do select finalize.

Now here's something I found interesting. A cd I made yesterday on my computer (which worked on my computer yesterday as well) no longer is reabable on my computer.

my cd is doing the same thing!!!! it will play some cd's and not others. even ones that i used to install programs onto my computer now show up as though they are empty.
