full screen mode problem! Please help

Hi, I've been trying to fix my fullscreen mode problem for quite some time and I still can't fix it. All of my media players including, Real Player, Windows player 9.0, and KaZaa all have the full screen option when you try to view a clip. On all of them, when I click on the fullscreen button the screen goes black for a second and the audio stops but after that second everything goes back to normal except the video is now being shown in the top left hand corner of whatever player I'm using. Can someone PLEASE help me?

Most of these programs including WMP, Real Player (and RealOne), and QuickTime use DIRECTSHOW to display movies. DirectShow is a part of the DirectX Driver Package. Try deleting the registry entries (make a backup first) for DirectX and reinstalling the newest version also get the latest drivers for your GFX Card and monitor.

AS for Kazaa kazaa simply enbeds windows media player in to it. So it will have ALL the problems WMP will have.
