Verify DMI pool data error - PC freezes
My PC is freezing with the above message I have Vista Home premium with SP1, and no A drive. There are no CD’s or DVD’s loaded I have tried with all USB cables disconnected, still hangs! At the moment I get in via F8 and selecting boot from HD Any suggestions? |

The computer make and model would help.
Have you reseated the hard drive? |

The PC is a Medion 6486.
The problem just occurred, i.e. I was not altering/changing hardware. I have taken drastic step to solve the problem by restoring factory recovery. |

When your computer first starts up it says on the screen Press Del for Setup which in that case is the delete key.
Your computer may say another key but whatever key it is push it at one second intervals after you see that on the screen. The BIOS settings will appear and with your arrow keys go to the Save and Exit Settings and push whatever keys your prompted to. |
