What is Data Execution Prevention?
I get this pop up before I shut down windows xp.
But anyway I can prevent this from showing up?
Here is a link I found about it, but dont understand on turning it off.
Can someone explain on how to turn it off from coming up again? Thanks!

According to the Microsoft article you linked to, the message you get on shutdown should include the name of a program it's closing. What program is it?

In the article you linked to, try following the five steps under the "Workaround" subheading to add an exception. I can't explain how to do that any better than that article does.
