Question Registry Cleaners

Hi, does anyone know of any quick and simple registry cleaners that are a bit more up to date than RegClean? Thanks!

One I like is EasyCleaner. It's advisable to use only the regcleaner and unnecessary fuctions.
My prefered way is to edit the registry manually to clear out all left over entries from uninstalling programs.
