apploc.msi for Japanese program
For reading characters for a Japanese program, I tried using apploc.msi from MS. It doesn't work well, most characters are still unreadable. Asian characters are already installed (winxp).
Why is this? Also, in the apploc-menu for starting an application, there is a section called "Arguments". What needs to be filled in here?
