Hi ilyabyk83. Please not post in other peoples topics. It is a very rare occasion that two problems of this kind are identical and in fact, your issue is quite different. Event Viewer shows a bunch of errors, one relating to GetRight.exe which is usually installed by Headlight's GetRight Download Manager. I cant see it in your list of installed software though. Have you uninstalled this program?

Run OTViewIt again please. This time I would like to see both logs.

Tell me what to run (what program and where to get it), and where to get the log from, and I would be very glad and thankful to post it. Thank You For Your Help

OTViewIt. You already have this program and you have posted one log, please run it again and post the other log (OtViewIt.txt)

I think I need to install it again. Can't find the shortcut nor the program folder. Where would I find the *.txt file after the scan??

Ok, follow the below instructions.

Download OldTimer's OTViewIt from here to your desktop, and doubleclick on OTViewIt.exe to start the scan.

When the display opens place a check next to:

Scan All Users

Then click the Run Scan button to start the scan. Once that completes a textbox will open. Copy and paste the contents here for review please. The log can also be found on your desktop as OTViewIt.Txt. It will be a reasonably large log so you may have to divide the log into sections and make several posts to post it. Extras.txt will also be generated. Please post that log as well.

Note - do not press any other buttons or make any other changes when running the scan.

I have to log out now ilyabyk83. I will be back later on though.

Hi. Is there a way for me to send you this file?? My IE keeps on crashing when I just try to paste it in the browser. My guess, it is too big. Is there a way I could share the file with you??

Hi ilyabyk83. You have to divide the log up to post it and make several posts. See my earlier reply.
