Cannot download SP1

i keep getting the error message 80070246 and the built in help is no help. thanks

Saw what computer you were using in your backup thread. See if this link helps with the SP1 download problem.

SP1 has some problems with certain computer configurations so posting info on what computer you have can help.
I can't get SP1 cause of my video driver version, Intel and HP seems to be in no hurry to correct this.
