How do I change my highlighting color back to blue?

About 2 weeks ago, I noticed my highlighting color somehow switched from blue to green. I want it to be blue again, and I was just wondering how you change the highlighting color. Hopefully you all know what i'm talking about

Assuming that you are using Internet Explorer - click on Tools -Internet Options- General- at bottom left click on colors - You should be able to change them there.

Btw - this is for highlighting links visited, etc.
