How do I select just a paragraph from some text to copy and paste it
to a document or e-mail?

Howdy:

Just place your mouse cursor beside the first word of the text you want copied..

Left-click and HOLD.. Now, drag the cursor down to the end of the text you want copied (the copied text should highlight)..

Once that is done, right click on the highlighted text and select "copy" and away you go.... Just paste it into wherever now..

Another trick is to left-click at the beginning of the text, then hold down the Shift key and left-click at the end of the text you want to select.
