Windows XP BSOD
Help! I can't install Windows XP Pro all the way. I booted from the CD and followed the instructions. (I'm installing on a FRESH low level formated drive) The install begins with a partition software, that went by easy, but when it gets to the Windows XP startup screen, it goes to the BSOD and says---
STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error} The session manager initialization system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc000026c (0x00000000 0x00000000) The system has been shut down Exactly that! Every time, I can't complete the rest of the install. This is fresh, how can it do that to me? My hardware is set, my RAM is functional, everything is good. Low level format, no bad clusters! IMPOSSIBLE! What seems to be causing this?!!! |

I personally would remove any expansion cards other than video if nessecary and retry it. This also includes one stick of ram.

Fixed
Ok I must have a calling for these things. Seems the install CD had a bad device install file. I got another one and it works. I don't think I need help at all
