When I set up my Win8 computer I did not have an Admin Password. The BIOS also says the Admin Pass word is clear. However I installed a new printer. Now at Boot up the computer asks for the Password (and locks me out). After a restart it goes right to the desk top with out a password the way I initially set it up. What's going on?

There are two type of passwords:\

BIOS Password, if it is set it will require it even before Windows loads.

Windows Password: It is presented after windows loads and is used to get into windows

When does it ask it?
