black screen with cursor only

i get the error message

pxe-mof: exiting intel pxe rom


the splash screen shows

but then the screen goes black

the cursor appears after a little while and remains active but nothing else loads

not even alt + ctrl + del works


if i boot in safe mode i gets to the welcome screen to the point where it says

Windows is now strarting up

then i get this error message

it says some stuff up top aswell and has a time to shutdown after 50 sec.

i also found out there is an error using active@ partition recovery it says

missing ntldr or something like that

Are you trying to run recovery from a partition on your hard drive?

i used it to back up some picture files in case it's non recoverable and i have to format it runs in dos

i'm just trying to get it to boot correctly
