Blue Screen of Death!

I'm having some trouble here, mainly playing games. Most of the time when I'm playing something, my computer jumps to the BSoD. Whatever sound was playing, starts skipping repeatedly.

This is the error I get on the BSoD:

"A clock interrupt was not received from a secondary processor within the alloted time."

Here's some specs:

AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 6000+
ASUS M2N-E motherboard
EVGA e-GeForce 7300 GT video card, nVIDIA [512 MB]
Windows Vista 32-bit
2046 MB RAM

Let me know if I should post something else, I want to get this problem fixed asap, it's getting annoying.
