slow new PC

I know i didn't buy the super machine but it looks that my pc is just going very slow...

I need help!

can someone thell me what to do,

Check out the pre-installed programs. If you bought it from a store like Best Buy it will be full of programs that you don't want/need and they tend to slow down your computer a lot. Also check your startup and stop programs that you know you don't need.

Yeah, you should just pull everything back to Microsoft and essential programs. The prepackaged stuff is a performance killer.
