Can't open windows upgrade advisor

I downloaded the upgrade advisor and when I click on it it tells me the upgradeadvisorsetup.exe is not a valid win32 application. I am currently running win 2k on the machine in question.
Thanx
Jim

Did you check its size? I have it at 8467KB.
Have you tried downloading it again just in case it got corrupted?

Everything I have found on that file says it is only good for XP SP2, Vista, and Win7. Can't find anything that says it will actually run in Win2000
