New Memory Stick for PSP (fatty!)

I've got an old (fatty) PSP with a 2Gb Sony Memory Stick in it. I want to put a larger Memory Stick in, 8Gb or 16Gb, as I want to put several films (movies) on at the same time.

My problem is that I have loads of saved games on the 2Gb Stick, so how do I transfer these across to the new Stick?

Also, does the old (fatty) PSP support the Mark 2 Sticks? I've seen these on Amazon and other sites, but they always say 'PSPs after 2007', and I know mines older than that!

Thanks in advance for any answers!
