Do I have 10 or 11?

When I run BelArc advisor on my windows 10 laptop, it says I'm running Windows 10....but when I go into windows settings and then look at 'system > about', it says I'm running Windows 11 Home, version 21H2....any thoughts? Everything still looks like Windows 10.

Windows 11

The initial release is version 21H2, which refers to the year 2021 and the fact that the update released in the second half of the year. As new updates come out, you’ll likely see versions 22H2, 23H2, and so on.

ok, so that I'm clear, I actually DO have Windows 11? Nothing looks like it was advertised to look like (centered task bar/start etc). And still, running BelArc, it says I have Windows 10. still confused! Guess as long as things work, I'll just sit back and see what happens!
