Lets see what is going on with your machine please get me the following logs.
Download Autoruns unzip it run autoruns.exe allow it to finish save it to your desktop but when saving it save under file types by default it will be.arn I need you to change that to .txt and then post it here.

Checkmark following boxes:
Report IE Proxy Settings
Report FF Proxy Settings
List content of Hosts
List IP configuration
List Winsock Entries
List last 10 Event Viewer log
List Installed Programs
List Users, Partitions and Memory size
List Devices (problems only)
Click Go and post the result.
