I use Kubuntu now after years with Mandrake/Mandrive and then doing a recent "Distro Dance". Its aim is to be user friendly, just like Mandriva. But its advantages to me are:

1. Much much faster. Mandriva is slow as they come
2. .deb package management using apt-get and Adept as a GUI frontend is flawless. So fast to update the system. Never have any problems with it compromising the system like RPM's do when they go wrong, and they do go wrong.

I am looking forward to the new Dapper release, should be really starting to make computing with Linux the easiest way to use a computer.
