Murf...many thanks. I have four (4) USB slots...only using the one for my
printer. I ran the TROUBLESHOOTER and it did not solve my problem. I ran
USBDeView with the following results: MX390 series-Vendor Specific (listed 2 times); MX390 series-Unknown (1 time); USB Mass Storage Device (6 times);
USB Printing Support-Printer (5 times); USB Charger-HID (2 times); USB
Composite Device-Unknown ( 4 times); Patriot Memory USB Device-Mass
Storage (1 time). Three (3) instances of device being used: "green-yes" by
USB Printing Support-Printer (2 instances); "green-yes" by MX390 series-
Unknown (1 instance). There are no other instances of being used ("green-
yes"). Do these results offer any hint as to my problem, Murf? Sure trust
