It got worst
I tired to repair the program in add/remove program. Everything went smoothly until it tried to start the service. The following error showed up: quickbooks.fcs.exe application has generated an exception that could not be handled. So, I uninstalled it, rebooted, and tried to install it again. Same thing happened. It went all the way until it tried to start a program. Intuit.quickbooks.fcs.exe application has generated an exception that could not be handled. I don't know what else to do
