Hi jory29. The easiest way to fix your problem is to download Killbox from here. Paste the full file path of each (see below) in the dialogue box and go to the Action Menu and click "Delete Upon Reboot". When you get the "Pending file rename operation" message, click on File > Add and C:\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\Reboot.exe should appear in that window. Next click on Action > Process and Reboot. You will be asked if you want to reboot, click OK.

Example -> C:\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\Reboot.exe
