#1. You can go to the following regular Windows update URL with W95 if you've got a recent IE browser:

Internet Explorer 5.5SP2 thread on installing IE5.5SP2 on W95, but please note that the reason that I went to a library to download IE5.5SP2 is because I've got a dial-up ISP from PeoplePC, & it'll automatically disconnect in less than 4 hours!! However, you should burn IE5.5SP2 on to a CD like I did, so that you won't have to download it in the future:
