The Gateway Recovery Center does not open. Nothing happens when clicked on. There are a lot on numbers on this Gateway laptop. None says serial # or Model #.

There is no way for me to know which is Model or Serial #'s.
Yes, there is a black screen for a second or two with F something. It goes by too fast to read.
