start from scratch...get rid of everything. I'm away from home for a good
while, so don't have access to my disc or manual that came with the printer, and the online manual isn't helping to resolve this problem. If you will, continue with the help you have in mind. Should I follow through with trying to locate any corrupt files that Murf referred to? I'm ready to begin, if you kindly will continue. Many thanks...
